"Online Store For Washing Machines & Dryers" is an affiliate online store where users can purchase any of the products listed through our site. We operate (hereinafter the “Site”). 3. Date and time of subscription as well as IP are collected through our Newsletter service provider.

5. It is mandatory for users of the Site to provide certain categories of Personal Data (as specified at the time of collection). In the event that users do not provide sufficient data or mark it as mandatory where required, we may not be able to provide such users with our products or services.

The email address provided will be used for the delivery of the information you have requested on this website. To qualify to receive email related services from “Online Store Washing Machines & Dryers”, you will be asked to confirm your email address and you will begin receiving newsletter updates until the service is discontinued or you choose to unsubscribe.

Any Voluntary Information you disclose to us becomes public information and you waive any proprietary rights (including, but not limited to, confidentiality rights and copyrights) in such information. 6. We may provide statistical information to third parties, but when we do so, we do not provide personally identifiable information without your permission.

7. We have established relationships with other parties and websites to offer you the benefit of products and services that we do not offer. In accordance with applicable laws, you have the right to access personal information held by us and to request correction or deletion of the information.

The Site and its contents are not directed to minors (under 18 years of age) and we do not intend to offer any of our products or services to minors. However, we have no way of distinguishing the age of the persons accessing our Site. If a minor has provided us with personal information without the consent of his or her parents or guardians, the parent or guardian must contact us at the address indicated in paragraph D above to delete the information.


We employ commercially reasonable security methods to prevent unauthorized access to the Site, to maintain data accuracy, and to ensure the correct use of the information we hold.

Any changes to this Privacy Policy will be communicated by us by posting an updated, amended Privacy Policy on the Site. Once posted on the Site, the new Privacy Policy will become effective immediately. You agree that any information we hold about you (as described in this Privacy Policy and whether or not collected before or after the new Privacy Policy becomes effective) will be governed by the latest version of the Privacy Policy that we post.


This Privacy Policy is based on Law 25.326 of the Argentine Republic on Data Protection, however, this section will only apply if you use the Sites or services to which it refers from a country that is a member state of the European Union.

We process Personal Data for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy, which have been indicated above. Our legal basis for processing Personal Data will depend on the Personal Data in question and the specific context in which we collect it. However, we will normally collect and process Personal Data about you only when it is necessary to provide you with our services, necessary to comply with legal requirements (for example, to comply with regulations on disclosing data required by law to law enforcement and judicial bodies); necessary for our legitimate interests and not overridden by your rights; and/or when it is based on your consent.
