H. USERS FROM THE EUROPEAN UNION

This Privacy Policy is based on Law 25.326 of the Argentine Republic on Data Protection, however, this section will only apply if you use the Sites or services to which it refers from a country that is a member state of the European Union.

We process Personal Data for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy, which have been indicated above. Our legal basis for processing Personal Data will depend on the Personal Data in question and the specific context in which we collect it. However, we will normally collect and process Personal Data about you only when it is necessary to provide you with our services, necessary to comply with legal requirements (for example, to comply with regulations on disclosing data required by law to law enforcement and judicial bodies); necessary for our legitimate interests and not overridden by your rights; and/or when it is based on your consent. If we collect and use your Personal Data in reliance on our legitimate interests (or those of any third party), this interest will typically be to operate our Site and services, manage our relationship with you and communicate with you as necessary to provide our services to you and for our legitimate business interest, for example, in responding to your queries, improving the Site and our services, conducting marketing or for the purposes of ensuring the security of the Site and services and detecting or preventing illegal activities such as fraud. We may have other legitimate interests and, where applicable, we will make clear to you at the relevant time what those legitimate interests are.

If we ask you to provide Personal Data to comply with a legal requirement or to enter into a contract with you, we will make this clear at the relevant time and advise you whether the provision of your Personal Data is mandatory or not (as well as of the possible consequences if you do not provide your Personal Data). In some cases, you may be required to provide us with Personal Data for processing for the purposes described above so that we can provide all of our services to you and so that you can use all of the features of the Site.

We will retain your Personal Data for as long as we have an ongoing legitimate business need to do so, for example, to provide services or products to you, or as required or permitted by applicable laws. When we have no ongoing legitimate business activity to process your Personal Data, we will either delete it or, if this is not possible (for example, because your Personal Data has been stored in backup archives), then we will securely store your Personal Data and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible.

If you have questions or require more information about the legal basis on which we collect and use your Personal Data, please contact us using the contact details provided in Section I below.
